Thank you for registering for the Kids Fishing Derby on April 26 beginning at 9:00 a.m. and ending at noon.We have over 200 kids participating... this will be one of the biggest,fun fishing events of the season!
 

The derby will be held this year at Nickerson State Park on Higgins Pond  in Brewster. ( Directions)

This is an outside event- please be sure to bring appropriate clothing , water / drinks / snacks and adults should bring fishing equipment. The first 200 kids to arrive will receive a free rod and reel to use during event and take home with them afterwards. If your child already owns a rod and reel that they already love using, we encourage you to bring it.
Weather in April is always a question mark.... we will be in touch again with instructions if weather looks like it will pose a difficulty. please check  back in on this page  as it gets closer to the event for additional information and instructions.
